I started helping businesses make more money by streamlining sales and service operations back in the late 90s when I created the first interactive CD catalog for the sales and trading office at my grandfather’s artificial Christmas tree and silk flowers factory.

Even back then, my favorite part of helping the business was figuring out how to sell more using less time and less money. Granted, the tools that were available for us to do this was very different back then. Luckily things have changed a lot over the years, and we have much better solutions today!

I learned while for a Fortune 50 company, that a keen focus on quarterly profits meant that resources were used to create and use tools specifically to enhance those profits (like Six Sigma culture, Sales Effectiveness). These tools seemed inaccessible to small business.

It’s been decades that I’ve been consulting for and building my own businesses and over that time I’ve seen most of the band-aid solutions that are out there.

I’ve spent those years learning from my own mistakes, and with RAINMORE I wanted to take that experience and help others get to the same solutions that I’ve found without all the time needed to get there.
